Refund Policy

At Ava & Luca Hamilton, we strive to provide every customer with exceptional service and a pleasant shopping experience. This return and refund policy has been carefully designed to ensure maximum satisfaction under clear and transparent conditions.

Return Conditions

  • Returns can only be initiated after the product has been physically received.

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

  • Once approved, you have an additional 30 days to return the item.

  • Return shipping costs, including any international shipping or customs fees, are fully borne by the customer.

  • Items must be unworn (trying on is allowed), unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Wearing the item beyond fitting is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not allowed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that returns must be shipped to our overseas facility, and that all related costs (including customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees) are the customer’s responsibility. These costs are not refundable.

Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Ava & Luca Hamilton does not reimburse return shipping costs or any related expenses. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Service.


Total Return Period

Customers have 15 days to report a return and 15 more days to ship it back. The total return period is 30 days from the date of receipt. Returns that are declared or shipped after this period will not be accepted. Returns requested or shipped after this 30-day period are not eligible for refunds or disputes.

We offer a full guarantee on any product with a manufacturing defect. Defective items may be returned for a full refund or exchange, based on your preference.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
